Nicole earned her Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from Ball State University, earned her Masters of Science in Education for Learning Design & Technology from Purdue University and has been a Registered Dietitian for almost 20 years. She has designed and facilitated hundreds of training sessions and materials for companies across the globe. Nicole spends her free time training for triathlons, cheering loudly at her son's sporting events, rhinestoning dance costumes for her daughter, planning travel adventures for her family and volunteering with her local schools, imagination lab and food pantry. She has a super love for super heroes and wishes to drive a real batmobile someday. And maybe most importantly, she knows how to moonwalk with the best of them.

With over 15 years of experience in clinical and consulting psychology, Dr. Scott specializes in working with organizations to design well-being strategies, programs, and curriculum to create a psychologically safe and healthy place to work. As a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultant, she incorporates culturally relevant perspectives and solutions to help leaders and organizations create an environment in which all employees experience inclusion and belonging. A foodie at heart, Cree finds joy in seeking out new restaurants along with hiking with her husband and daughter.
